Summer Reading List All students are required to read the following: Running Loose by Chris Crutcher (grades 9 and 10) In addition to those selections, Honors and Duel Enrollment classes must read the following: I Know Why the Cages Bird Sings by Maya Angelou (9th grade) Angela's Ashes by Frank MCCourt OR A Lesson before Dying by Ernest Gains OR Their Eyes Were Watching God by Zora Nealw Hurston (12th grade) Students will be tested on these books during the first two weeks of the 20123-2014 school year.
